According to the statutes, the Board of Directors is the only official body of the Samuel Foundation and thus the supreme supervisory board of its activities at the head office as well as in the international branches.
The Board of Directors consists of three members. In accordance with the internal distribution of tasks, one member of the Board is responsible for the foundation’s management on a full-time basis, the other two members act as the foundation's internal supervisory body on an honorary basis. According to the statutes, the Board members should belong to the founders' family.
